This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit virtaliq.com or contact us, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what your rights are.

Who is responsible for your data

What data we collect

1. Contact form. When you send us a message through the form, we collect what you enter: your name, business or industry, email or phone number, and your message. If you used the savings calculator and sent us the result, those numbers are part of the message.

2. WhatsApp, Viber, email and Calendly. If you message us through these channels or book a call, we see the data those services show (name, phone number or email) and the content of your message. Their own privacy policies also apply.

3. Analytics (only with consent). If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to see how the site is used: which pages are visited, from which device and country, and for how long. IP addresses are anonymised. Without your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded.

4. Spam protection. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a message is sent by a person, not a bot. Cloudflare processes technical browser and device data for this.

5. Technical data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs basic technical data needed to run and secure the site, such as IP address and access time.

Why we use your data

to reply to your enquiry and arrange working together,
to send you a quote you asked for,
to protect the site and form from abuse,
with your consent, to understand how the site is used and improve it.

We don’t sell your data and we don’t use it to send you advertising without your explicit consent.

Who else has access

We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:

Cloudflare — website hosting and spam protection (Turnstile),
Resend — delivering contact form messages to our inbox,
Google — email (Gmail) and, with consent, Google Analytics,
Calendly — if you book a call through our Calendly link.

Some of these providers process data outside Bosnia and Herzegovina (for example in the EU or the US), with appropriate safeguards in place.

How long we keep data

contact form messages and correspondence: for as long as the conversation lasts and at most 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client,
client data: for the duration of our work together and as long as legal obligations require,
analytics data: 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

give you access to the data we hold about you,
correct inaccurate data,
delete your data,
restrict or object to processing,
withdraw consent for analytics (the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page).

Send any request to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days. If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can contact the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, or the data protection authority in your country if you are in the EU.
